(Bacillus megaterium sp.)
Phosphate is one of the important nutrients next to Nitrogen in crop nutrition. There are various types of insoluble Phosphate in the soil in organic and inorganic forms. These insoluble Phosphates are not available to the crops. Some useful soil Bacteria can solubilize these Insoluble phosphates and make it available to the crops. BACTOPHOS is manufactured from such useful beneficial Bacteria named as Bacillus megaterium sp. The Bacteria secretes phosphate solublizing enzymes - Phosphatase and weak organic acids to solubilise the insoluble phosphates in soil - thus the phosphate is made available to the crops.

SEED TREATMENT: For 1kg seed - 10 mls BACTOPHOS for all Crops.
SEEDLING TREATMENT: Mix 250 Mls. of BACTOPHOS in 2 Liters of Water. Dip the roots of seedling for 3 - 4 minutes in the solution and plant.
BULBS TREATMENT:: Banana, Sugarcane, Garlic, Ginger, Gladiolus, Nishigandha Bulbs - 2 Liter/Acre
MIXING WITH COMPOST OR VERMICOMPOST :
- Banana, Papaya - Per Plant 5-10 Mls by mixing in 5 kgs. of well decomposed compost or vermicompost.
- Cotton, Sunflower, Jowar, Bajra,Maize Wheat - Per Acre 1 litre by mixing in 200 kgs. of well decomposed compost or vermicompost.
- Onion Sugarcane, Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Pomegranate, Watermelon Mosambi, Grapes - 4 Liter/Acre by mixing in 200 kgs. of well decomposed compost or vermicompost.
- Oranges, Mango, Nursery Plants and Floriculture Plants-2 Liters/Acre by mixing in 200 kgs. of well decomposed compost or vermicompost.
- Lawn 10 Mls in 2 Liters of Water for 10x10 lawn.
BY KNAPSAK PUMP:
Mix 1 litre of BACTOPHOS/Acre, in 100 Liters of water and apply in the root zone of the crops.
